SCOTTY GUNDERSON specializes in directing, scenic design, and making messy art. His visual art has been exhibited in Minnesota, Wyoming, and at Space Womb Contemporary Art Gallery in New York City. Scotty’s recent directing and scenic design credits include Honk Jr., CHIEF, The Knife Show, Seussical the Musical, Mama’s Boy: A Terrifying Adult Comedy, The Shoemaker (Assistant Director, dir. Gary Gisselman), The Bacchae 2.10, and The Lord of the Flies. Scotty dresses up as a dog every year for Halloween, and he doesn’t have a gallbladder.
MEGAN HADLEY is a Jill of all trades: production, stage management, acting, sound design, logistics, finances, and, of course, superfandom. It’s important to note that Megan is as talented and dedicated as her eyes are strikingly ice blue. In her free time, she serenades her friends on the ukulele and tries her best at cooking and baking. Let it be known: She is physically incapable of burping.
KELSEY CRAMER specializes in performing, writing, and a mean Melanie Griffith impression. Kelsey works as an actor, writer, and teaching artist in the Twin Cities, having worked with Theatre Pro Rata, Savage Umbrella, 20% Theatre, Upright Egg, Mixed Blood, Dovetail Theatre, Bryant-Lake Bowl, Perpich Arts High School, Sabes Jewish Community Center, St. Olaf College, Jungle Theater, and Guthrie Theater. As a child, Kelsey had the recurring dream that she was in a high-speed car chase involving the giant Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters as her perpetrator.
ASHLEIGH PENROD is a producer, choreographer and dancer in the Twin Cities. Over the last ten years, her work has been seen in venues throughout New York, Philadelphia and Minneapolis/St. Paul. She received a University Fellowship and an M.F.A in dance from Temple University in 2010, and received a B.A. in dance from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2004. Most recently, she has been working with The Bouyant Group, Off-Leash Area Contemporary Performance Works and choreographers Sarah Hauss and Maria Tierney. In addition to theater and dance production, she is also a yoga instructor and producer of digital things at Zeus Jones.
JASON ZABEL is a writer, editor, and creative. Outside of Buoyant, Jason works to modernize brands with marketing firm Zeus Jones. He’s also a fiction writer and freelance journalist, as well as former editor of The Onion’s A.V. Club in the Twin Cities. He has written for The A.V. Club, Metro Magazine, E! Online, Vita.MN, City Pages, and was the founding editor of craft beer mag The Growler. He’s also an editor for The Tangential. He has this awful feeling that he’s forgetting something, because he’s always forgetting something.
